With its own TaoFarm, where medicinal plants are grown, harvested, and distilled directly, TAOASIS combines authentic origin with careful production. Today, the company is one of the most successful brands in this industry throughout the DACH region and is represented in well-known drugstore chains such as DM.

TAOASIS faced the challenge of developing a CRM system that could keep pace with the brand’s steady growth as well as the variety of products and customer groups.

The company serves numerous customers with very different needs and purchasing behavior and regularly launches new products, each of which addresses its own purposes and target audiences. This created the need to always market the right products to the right existing customers at the right time — an undertaking that could hardly be scaled with conventional tools like Mailchimp.
