Products that require explanation, but CRM that is often too generic.

Stadler Form sells design-oriented products for very different indoor climate needs. Air purifiers, humidifiers, aroma diffusers, heaters, and fans each address different usage situations. The biggest challenge is therefore that classic CRM often does not understand these differences sufficiently.

Someone who has bought an air purifier is in a different need situation than someone interested in room fragrance or heating solutions. There is also strong seasonality: purchase triggers and relevance shift over the year. Without intelligent product understanding, recommendations quickly become arbitrary.
